Tuttle Ave, Spring Lake NJ
Located on a narrow 50′ x 150′ lot in Spring Lake, this summer cottage was designed to accommodate a multigenerational family of 12. To meet the need for five bedrooms and recreation space, a third floor and finished basement were added. Despite site and groundwater challenges, the home maintains a traditional shingle cottage style, with the basement secured year-round using a commercial Bentonite waterproofing system.
